We want you to be happy with your Samuel Church purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns
You can return your order within 100 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Gift cards cannot be returned.

To start a return, email info@samuel-church.com with your order number. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Return shipping
Customers cover return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error. We currently do not provide return labels.

Exchanges
We only offer replacements for defective or damaged items. Contact us with your order number and photos of the issue so we can help.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed within 7 days to your original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to show the refund.
